Through no fault of yours,Sr Estrella was a complete disappointment. When I arrived in Quito on 1 Nov, he advised me that I did not have a confirmed reservation so he had rented the room to someone else. The first night cost me $75US for a hotel. The next day I left for Guayaquil...and am now in Cuenca, heading to Salinas in a few days. Anyway, Bienvenida a Ecuador! Off to a good start! I roll with things like this, but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Sr Gustavo Estrella...may his estrellas go out ;-) P.S.Please refund my deposit... P.P.S.
