1. We facilitate online booking confirmations. We do not own or run any of the family houses or travel services published in our web site.

2. You may cancel your booking with a 24hs notice. Please do this by sending an e-mail to reservas@familyguest.com

3. Deposits are non refundable.

5. Familyguest makes all the effort to ensure that the homestay or travel service provider processes your booking properly.

6. In the unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit you paid.

7. Homestay providers and travel service providers are responsible for providing the services they published in familyguest.com

8. If for any accidental reason the family house is unable to check you in, they are responsible for finding another house with the same conditions regarding price and location.

9. If for any reason the homestay or travel service provider does not provide the service you have booked, you have the right to receive the amount for the deposit you made.
